• To explore the local Marketing resources (include but not limited to: KOL, Media, Sponsorship, Conference, etc.).To track the development trend of the crypto industry and expand brand partnership resources from multiple perspectives, conduct cooperative negotiations, and achieve cooperation intentions.To maintain long-term cooperative relations.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive community growth and engagement.Monitor and moderate community platforms, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and policies.
• Respond to user inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify and collaborate with influential community members to amplify the brand's reach and promote user-generated content.
• Plan and execute community events, initiatives, and campaigns to enhance user participation and loyalty.
• Build relationships with external communities, organize and implement community campaigns such as AMA, track results on new user growth and user activation,focusing on the French-speaking market.

• Must be fluent in French language, advanced level of English.
• At least 1 year of proven telegram community management experience with strong ownership and emotional intelligence.
• More than 1 year’s experience in the crypto industry. Stay up to date with the market conditions.
• Experience in launching community activities & initiatives.
• Be able to work flexible and stretched hours to interact with the crypto community as frequently as possible.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated to drive business growth.
• Marketing resources and social networking resources, such as crypto sponsorship, KOLs and local media resources.
