How to Create a Sub-Account?
1. Visit CoinEx official website (https://www.coinex.com), log in to your account, and select [Sub-Account] under [Account] in the top-right corner.
2. Click [Activate Sub-Account].
3. Click [Add Sub-Account].
4. Set the sub-account name, transaction permissions and note, then click [Create] to complete 2FA verification.
5. After the sub-account is created successfully, you can check it in [Management] under [Sub-Account].
How to Access to Sub-Account?
Method 1: after logging in to the main account, click [Account] to show the drop-down menu, then click the icon next to the account name to unfold the sub-account list, and select the sub-account to access.
Method 2: Select [Management] under [Sub-Account], and click the sub-account name for quick access.
How to Transfer Funds to Sub-Accounts?
1. After the main account is logged in, enter sub-account management page and click [Transfer].
(1) Spot and futures assets can be transferred freely between the main account and the sub-accounts.
(2) Transfer Spot assets between two different sub-accounts.
2. After the transfer is successful, you can view the details on the [Transfer Records] page.
How to Edit the Sub-Account Permission?
After logging in to the main account, enter the sub-account management page, and click [Permission] to edit the transaction permissions to be granted.
How to Authorize the Sub-Account to Others for Management?
1. After entering the sub-account management page, click [Authorize] to authorize other main accounts. After the authorization is enabled, the authorizee main account can quickly access its authorized sub-accounts for transactions and management.
2. After the authorization is successful, the authorizee main account will be notified via Email and in-site messages, and you can view the authorization records from authorization management.
3. On the [Authorization] page, you can add or cancel the authorization to others; you can also view the sub-accounts authorized to you by others in the management list.
How to Disable Sub-Accounts?
1. After entering the [Sub-Account] page, click the [...] icon and select [Disable].
Note: Once disabled, the sub-account will not be displayed in the list and cannot be accessed. Also, it will not be able to perform any operations.
2. Once disabled, the sub-account will be included in the [Disabled List]. You can click [Activate] to restore it.
How to Modify the Sub-Account Name?
1. After entering the [Sub-Account] page, click the [...] icon and select [Rename].
2. Enter the new account name and click [Confirm].
Note: The new sub-account name cannot be repeated.
