What is Futures Copy Trial Fund?
Futures Copy Trial Fund is a type of voucher specifically used in CoinEx's Futures Copy Trading. After users claim the Trial Fund, they can use it when engaging in Lead Trading and Copy Trading.
How to claim and use Futures Copy Trial Fund?
For Lead Traders:
1、 Visit CoinEx official website (https://www.coinex.com), log in to your account, and select [Voucher Center] from the dropdown menu under the [Avatar] icon in the top-right corner.
2. After entering your "Voucher Center", find the Futures Copy Trial Fund. The trial fund will indicate when you can use it (Copy Trading or Lead Trading).
Click [Claim] for the trial fund. When you do Lead Trading or Copy Trading, you'll see the available fund on your screen. Once you claim it, the trial fund amount will be added directly to your copy sub-account (only for Lead Trading and Copy Trading).
3. Carefully check the validity period, applicable trading pairs, and usage rules for the trial fund.
For Copy Traders:
1. Click [Use Now] to jump to the "Copy Trading" page. Find a trader or search by name, then click [Copy].
2. After selecting a copy trader, choose [Use Trial Fund] > [Select vouchers available] on the page. Set your parameters, agree to "Copy Trading User Agreement", and click [Copy Now] to begin.
Note: After claiming the trial fund, you can choose to use it when opening or increasing positions within the validity period.
3. Each Futures Copy Trial Fund voucher has a trading volume requirement. If you meet this requirement within the validity period, the trial fund is yours. If not, any unused funds will be automatically reclaimed when the trial fund expires.

A4: It can only be used for Lead Trading or Copy Trading. Please refer to the trial fund for the specific usage guidelines.
Q5: Is there a time limit for using the Futures Copy Trial Fund?
A: The validity period of the Futures Copy Trial Fund is defined by the rules on the voucher. Please use the trial fund as soon as possible. After expiration, any unused funds will be automatically reclaimed by the system.

A6: If the trial fund expires and the trading volume is below the required amount, CoinEx will reclaim any unused funds.
If a user stops their Lead Trading or Copy Trading before reaching the required volume, any leftover trial funds will be reclaimed.
Q7: Do I keep the profits from using the Futures Copy Trial Fund?
A7: If a Lead Trader ends their trading or a Copy Trader stops copying, and you experience losses or liquidation:
(1) The profits from positions opened with the Futures Copy Trial Fund are yours to keep.
(2) If you incur losses, the trial fund balance will be used first until it's gone.
(3) If the trial fund isn't enough to cover your losses, the remaining amount will be deducted from your principal.
Any unused trial fund will be reclaimed by the system and can't be used for further copy trading.
Q8: When will the Futures Copy Trial Fund be unlocked?
A8: The trial fund will be fully unlocked once your cumulative trading volume meets the requirement within the validity period. After it expires, it won't be reclaimed, and you can keep using it or withdraw it from your Futures Account. At that point, your principal, trial fund, and profits will automatically go back to your spot account. Please refer to the usage rules for specific trading volume requirements.
Example:
After reaching a cumulative trading volume of 500 USDT, you will receive a 100 USDT trial fund.
- If your trading volume is below 500 USDT during the validity period, the 100 USDT trial fund won't be unlocked and will be reclaimed after expiration.
- If your trading volume hits 500 USDT within the validity period, the 100 USDT trial fund will be unlocked and can be used even after expiration.
Q9: Can I still use the Futures Copy Trial Fund after expiring?
A9: If the trial fund expires and you haven't closed your positions, you can still use the trial fund.
- If your cumulative trading volume is 500 USDT or more, the trial fund is yours to keep.
- If your cumulative trading volume is less than 500 USDT, you can keep using the trial fund until you close your positions. Any remaining trial fund will be reclaimed by the system after closing.
Q10: Why hasn't my trial fund been unlocked, even though I've met the requirements?
